Meet the TJO 10x10 Management Team

Founder and President of The Jenkins Organization and TJO 10x10 Management. Brings more than three decades of leadership in development, ownership, and operational strategy across RV resorts and self storage assets.

Oversees all field operations, revenue management, HR initiatives, and manager development across the TJO 10x10 portfolio. With the company since 2003 and serving as COO since 2015.

Provides over 25 years of financial and strategic leadership, including senior roles at a Fortune 250 company. Oversees financial reporting, budgeting, and long-term planning.

Kyle Jenkins joined The Jenkins Organization in 2017. Prior to joining TJO, Jenkins served as the financial analyst for Monogram Residential Trust, analyzing acquisitions and developments of Class A apartments and built a valuation model for the whole company in preparation for a sale to Greystar. Jenkins’ role includes sourcing and overseeing RV resort and self storage acquisitions and developments, as well as working closely with investors and lenders throughout the process. He has been the project lead on 15 RV acquisitions and developments totaling over $290 million in total capitalization. Jenkins is a graduate of the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas.

Leads operational performance, process execution, and district-level support for the Premium Spaces self storage portfolio.

Joined The Jenkins Organization in 2020 with decades of RV resort experience, including serving as Vice President of Operations for Leisure Systems, Inc. Oversees the RV resort portfolio with a focus on service, safety, and budgets.

Kelly Edington joined the Jenkins Organization in 2022 and has worked in the RV resort industry since 2019, following a career in outdoor retail. With a passion for operations and outdoor experiences, she has built her career around helping RV resorts achieve their operational, financial, and guest satisfaction goals. In 2024, Edington transitioned from District Manager to Director of Operations, where she oversees training, software, budgeting, and operational initiatives across the RV division. She combines her love of the outdoors with operational excellence to support teams and drive success across the portfolio.

Amanda Dickson joined TJO 10x10 Management in 2014 as an Assistant Manager in Oklahoma. She advanced through roles including property manager, area manager, and district manager before being promoted to Director of Operations. Known for her strong customer service background, Amanda focuses on building high-performing teams and driving operational and revenue performance across multiple properties.

Brings hospitality, automotive consulting, and retail leadership background. Oversees daily operations across multiple RV resorts in several states.

More than 20 years of experience in the RV resort and self storage industries. Oversees operations, revenue performance, and customer satisfaction across numerous properties.

Joined TJO in 2025 with more than a decade of RV resort experience. Builds strong teams and drives exceptional guest service standards.

Joined in 2012 and specializes in onboarding, training, and operational transitions. Supports multiple RV resorts throughout the portfolio.

Started as a trainer in 2012 and advanced into operations leadership. Focuses on training systems, onboarding, and operational process optimization.

Joined TJO in 2017 and advanced through property and area leadership roles. Oversees operations and revenue optimization for 11+ storage facilities.

Jodie Holava joined The Jenkins Organization in 2022 after an extensive career in higher education. She began her tenure as General Manager of Jellystone Park™ Columbus North, where she led the park to multiple industry honors, including OHI Resort of the Year and Camp Jellystone Resort-Park of the Year, both in 2024.  A graduate of the George O’Leary National School of Outdoor Hospitality, Jodie is known for her strong operational leadership, focus on guest experience, and results-driven approach. In her current role as District Manager, she oversees operations, revenue generation, and guest satisfaction across two RV resorts, continuing to support high-performing teams and exceptional resort experiences.

Mike Ramirez joined TJO 10x10 Management in 2021, bringing over 30 years of experience in the self-storage industry. Prior to joining the company, he held leadership roles with Shurgard Storage and Extra Space Storage, including marketing manager, learning manager, and district manager. Mike oversees day-to-day operations, drives revenue growth, and supports employee development across a portfolio of more than 15 properties.

Retail Operations and Merchandising Manager with deep expertise in multi-site retail execution, merchandising strategy, and team development. Brings a people-first, brand-driven approach shaped by experience as Corporate Director of Merchandise at Great Wolf Resorts, Sales Consultant at Vera Bradley, and National Sales Manager at Stone Enterprises Co. Known for translating vision into operational excellence that drives profitable, guest-centered retail experiences.  

Leads all marketing across RV and storage, including digital strategy, paid campaigns, content development, communications, and branding.

Supports marketing initiatives across Premium Spaces and Great Escapes, including social media, creative content, campaigns, and brand messaging.
