Behind every TJO 10x10–managed RV resort and self-storage facility is an experienced leadership and district management team supporting operations, service standards, and financial performance. Our team provides oversight across RV property management and third-party self-storage management, supporting on-site managers with training resources, operational systems, marketing strategy, revenue guidance, and ongoing support. Together, they ensure consistent execution, accountability, and long-term success across properties throughout our operating markets.

Oversees all field operations, revenue management, HR initiatives, and manager development across the TJO 10x10 portfolio. With the company since 2003 and serving as COO since 2015.

Provides over 25 years of financial and strategic leadership, including senior roles at a Fortune 250 company. Oversees financial reporting, budgeting, and long-term planning.

Joined The Jenkins Organization in 2020 with decades of RV resort experience, including serving as Vice President of Operations for Leisure Systems, Inc. Oversees the RV resort portfolio with a focus on service, safety, and budgets.

Joined The Jenkins Organization in 2022 with RV industry experience dating back to 2019. Oversees day-to-day operations for four RV resorts across three states and is passionate about guest experience and outdoor recreation.

Amanda Dickson joined TJO 10x10 Management in 2014 as an Assistant Manager in Oklahoma. She advanced through roles including property manager, area manager, and district manager before being promoted to Director of Operations. Known for her strong customer service background, Amanda focuses on building high-performing teams and driving operational and revenue performance across multiple properties.

Jodie Holava
Jodie Holava joined The Jenkins Organization in 2022 after an extensive career in higher education. She began her tenure as General Manager of Jellystone Park™ Columbus North, where she led the park to multiple industry honors, including OHI Resort of the Year and Camp Jellystone Resort-Park of the Year, both in 2024. A graduate of the George O’Leary National School of Outdoor Hospitality, Jodie is known for her strong operational leadership, focus on guest experience, and results-driven approach. In her current role as District Manager, she oversees operations, revenue generation, and guest satisfaction across two RV resorts, continuing to support high-performing teams and exceptional resort experiences.

Mike Ramirez joined TJO 10x10 Management in 2021, bringing over 30 years of experience in the self-storage industry. Prior to joining the company, he held leadership roles with Shurgard Storage and Extra Space Storage, including marketing manager, learning manager, and district manager. Mike oversees day-to-day operations, drives revenue growth, and supports employee development across a portfolio of more than 15 properties.

Michael brings over 25 years of hospitality experimce, having worked in world-class waterparks, the health and fitness industry, and outdoor resort environments. He is very passionate about creating welcoming, safe, and enjoyable experiences for families and guests of all ages. Known for his approachable and positive nature, Michael enjoys helping people feel comfortable, supported, and valued, while working as part of a team to deliver memorable experiences every day.

Brings a people-first, brand-driven approach shaped by experience as Corporate Director of Merchandise at Great Wolf Resorts, Sales Consultant at Vera Bradley, and National Sales Manager at Stone Enterprises Co. Known for translating vision into operational excellence that drives profitable, guest-centered retail experiences.
